DescriptionThanks to Andrew for letting me grab this one back! One of my favorite issues, I remember the day I got home from school and this issue was delivered in the mail (during the old subscription days when the comics were mailed inside a brown sleeve) - the comic itself was dinged, but the issue blew my mind as the FF and Impossible Man mingled with the Marvel bullpen. This page has George, Marv Wolfman, Jack Kirby, Stan Lee and Roy Thomas running away as Impy goes crazy, only for an oblivious big John Verpoorten stop Kirby to ask some production questions. The balance of action and humor in this issue helped solidify my love of the FF and gorgeous George Perez as my favorite artist! I'd love someday to own the following page as well, as the FF hit the scene, but for now I'll have to be happy with this beauty returning home to the fold... Social/Sharing |

Rats, I wish I had found a killer Micronauts page to trade to Allen for this. But I'm happy this page is in very good hands. This is so much fun, with great details in every panel. This page really demonstrats what made Marvel comics so much fun in the mid-1970s. Big congrats Michael!

I missed this one 'poppup'-ing in the market - I got scooped - congrats! I suppose if not in my collection, the your sweet collection is a logical place for this Impy gem! If you get frustrated with not finding page 23, feel free to send me this one my way and I'll suffer less!

Don't worry Mark - if that ever happens, you know I will...
