Ok, so technically it's not 'comic art' but the writing is great.

Purchased at auction - It's a letter to one of the several people to whom S.C. owed money.

He writes - "Dear Sir, I should like to say a good deal on that subject, but I am bankrupt as to time. Truly yours"

Well, I would have bought it too! I read it and was wondering why it was so abrupt, then remembered the crazy scheme he lost so much money on. One of the great writers. Not great at business sense.
