Detective Comics #946 p. 4-5

Beautiful DPS with pencils and copics by Eddy Barrows and nice clean inks by Eber Ferreira. I love the content and the textures on these pages. Nice atmosphere created by the snow, the lightning and the cloudy skies.

The large iconic splash of Batman landing on a gargoyle steals the show, but there are also some great dynamic scenes in the smaller panels. Check out that silhouette of Batman leaping into the night in that last panel. Love it!

I also love Eddy's retro style bat logo on the first page. This area was used for the story title since this was the title page of the book.

This spread is hard to beat with that large image of Batman landing. It's already framed and up on display.

Power!!!!!

I have no idea what that means but first thing that pops in my head when I see Batman landing on gargoyle.

Its also better if you scream it in a 80s metal voice.
