Description

I recently had a break-in at my storage facility, and some longboxes of my comic collection were stolen. Among them were my run of Mr. Monster, including a postcard I had gotten from Michael T. Gilbert in response to a fan letter I wrote back in the '80s. When I lamented this loss in a Facebook group where Gilbert was also a member, he got in touch with me, and sent replacement copies of most of the issues, along with an original drawing of Mr. Monster giving the culprit some retribution...

MTG is a true hero! I'm sorry someone thieved your art and books. This is a great sketch with a spot on theme.I'll be posting a sketch from SDCC 1986 by MTG with Mr. Monster and Kelly soon and I'll let you know. I still have my copies of mr. Monster I bought from Page After Page Comics in Las Vegas as a kid.
