DescriptionChristian Alamy's Joker in the middle of a caper. The way he refers to his crimes in progress as sport in response to his thugs complaining about their payment, makes me wonder if perhaps Christopher Nolan and Heath Ledgers vision of the Clown Prince of Crime was influenced by this story? At the very least I think it depicts an aspect of the Joker that I appreciate as an "agent of chaos" who would "rather watch the world burn" for sport than hoard mountains of worthless money.I love this story and would love to find more pages from it. As an 11 year old kid, reading this story was the first time I felt completely immersed in a comic book and will forever have a special place in my heart. Social/Sharing |
