DescriptionLove this gorgeous homage to Amazing Spider-Man #361, and I am so happy I was able to add it to my collection.Seeing this in person is quite the experience. The textures and level of intricate detail that Mico Suayan achieves with his inks and brushes are amazing. He also manages to achieve a really cool 3-D effect with all those tendrils, like they are coming right out out of the board at you. A similar thing is going on with the lightning bolts, which are raised slightly off the page. I visited the comic book store today and got my copy of this issue. I really enjoyed reading it, and it is MASSIVE! Ryan Stegman must have spent 6 months drawing those pages and pages and pages of interiors. He is such a talent. Social/Sharing |

Whoa! One of the best Suayan pieces I’ve seen! A great homage but more an awesome piece of work in its own right! The 3D effect,..man. The image just pops off the page. Great get, Paul!
