DescriptionI'm a sucker for Carl Ed's Harold Teen, even when it's in rough shape. This example was gifted to someone by Ed, with a long provenance listed on the back. He likely hand-colored the piece, but it sure has seen better days. Harold is working in a newspaper office and longs for a pencil, until his is borrow. Dated December 2, 1932, the piece is from a great period in Ed's work.Social/Sharing |
