Description

For supporting the "Mahoney's" #2 Kickstarter campaign I picked the commission level perk, but Brian Dawson offered to do three digital pieces instead of a physical one to save on postage and handling. Seeing an opportunity and feeling inspired, I set up two more design commissions for Earths I haven't focused on as much.

Telecaster is Earth-27C's heroic version of obscure Captain Marvel villain Mr. Banjo. This is a reworking of an EXTREMELY old idea I had for a "Kingdom Come" fan fic and a character called "Rock Star." This is opposite Commander Thunderbolt, a Nazi version of Captain Marvel. I figured it made sense to take a villain who worked for the Nazis and turn him into a hero, if I was taking a hero and turn him into a Nazi.

The idea is he utilizes a guitar capable of transforming sound into different forms of offensive energy. Despite his appearance he's incredibly intelligent and is adept with all forms and genres of music. He just acts like a stereotypical rocker to lull enemies into a false sense of security.
