Description

Bruce McCorkindale's recreation - After Alex Toth and Frank Giacoia - ALL-AMERICAN WESTERN #107 Cover. Pen, brush and ink on 13 X 20" bristol board. Bruce said of this piece, "There's a spontaneous quality to the brush style that's tough to replicate. The original looks loose, but I wonder how loose it really was...I've heard that Giacoia was actually very painstaking with his inks."
