Description

Jose Luis Salinas Cisco Kid Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 11-12-52 (King Features Syndicate, 1952). Though the character had been popular in films and television, it wasn't until 1951 that the Kid got his very own comic strip. The ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board image area measures approximately 20.25" x 5.75".

Oh, yes! Salinas could rival Godwin at times as far as capturing a priceless nuance of facial expression. Here's a prime example of it.
