DescriptionThis commission was set up a year ago as an intended addition to the League of Super-Teens post I did for Legion of Super-Bloggers.Maniac 5 is meant to be a combo of Brainiac 5 and Richie from "Static Shock," having a 12th Level Intellect but almost no common sense.
