Paul Alexander

"The General Book IV: The Steel"

S. M. Stirling's Book IV of "The General" - the military SF series published by Baen Books, 1995. This is a colorful, typical Alexander scene, with multiple tanks and fiery colors, excellently done in gouache on illustration Board, 23" x 14" on board 25" x 16" unframed and signed right side bottom center. Part of the upper right side of the illustration board itself, but not the painting, has been stabilized by Paul, perhaps because the board became separated...at the margin of the painting. This does not affect the surface of the painting, which is fine.
