We love that surreal center panel! It's just there for looks... nothing to do with the story. Offissa Pupp is tryin' ta protec that lil' anjel Krazy Kat from the marauder mouse Ignatz. He is making sure nothing "asmack with evil" getz by him, but in spite of that, we still will get an off-panel implied bricking in the last panel!
