PEN AND WATERCOLOR CONCEPT DONE FOR "THE NUTCRACKER SUITE" SEQUENCE IN "FANTASIA" (1940). - LATER ON IN LIFE SCOTT DID "CAPTAIN EASY" and THEN CREATED THE "LITTLE PEOPLE" DISTRIBUTED BY THE NEWSPAPER ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATION. BEING SO POPULAR, "THE LITTLE PEOPLE" HAD THEIR OWN COMIC BOOK TITLE WITH TEN ISSUES IN DELL'S FOUR COLOR. #'s 485, 573, 633, 692, 753, 809, 868, 908, 959 and 1062. - HAS CONCERT FEATURE STAMP. SIGNED BY ARTIST AND DATED AUGUST 11,1939.
