Purchased this page directly from Kevin Eastman on eBay in 2012. If it looks familiar, that's because it's a recreation of a 1983 pinup of all 4 Turtles (see additional pic). Love the detail!

I'm unsure if this particular page was published in any capacity. I'd appreciate any info on this.
