DescriptionFine page of primeval hi-jinks by the masterful Kev Walker. One of the great 2000AD artists. Incredible detail and atmosphere. This is one of the new pages created for the 2000AD reprint, it actually uses a stat (Bangs eating the beans) from an earlier page from the 1993 Atomeka series. Only 16 views??? Lovely artwork. Well, there are a lot of philistines on the site. If its not Batman punching the Joker through a wall or Spider-man in costume in a epic battle scene, they are not interested. Almost forgot the many slice and dice Woverine pages ( I have a few. I am guilty of the heinous crime ) This is why comic reading will always be niche. Now, wheres my superhero or sci fi costume so I too can look stupid at a comic con? Lol.

I'm not in the habit of replying to comments on CAF but yours made me laugh. Peter, you forgot to mention many of the pictures that get gazillions of views have pictures of scantily clad heroines from the marvel, image or dc universe too (I know I have a few!!). :)

Saucy wenches? Don't get me started, or rather send any real ones over to me. Scantily clad or unclad ladies are popular. The art galleries of the world are full of them. Try selling a picture of a wrinkled old prune ( male or female.) My favourite are the puritanical minded who describe art as nude when they just mean topless. I know they are seen but rarely commented on. Just look at the views on my Julius Zimmerman artwork. Ahead of Bolland et all. Thats why Virgil Finlay scantily clad or 'bubbled' ladies go for two or three times his other work, with very rare exceptions. Sex and vilence. If you want art to fly, its the way to go.
