Description

This is the other 1/2 of my very first comic book OA purchase. Just as with the other page from this purchase, I was on a budget. I chose this one because it has Cass unmasked. It also has some nice panels of Nightwing, and Alfred is there, too, for good measure. Another thing I really like about it, and about Damion Scott's artistry specifically, is that he shows a lot of emotion with Cass' eyes even when she wears the mask. You can see the doubt and disappointment when she's on the ground, believing Batman may have murdered someone. The Bruce Wayne, Murderer story was a good one, and really let the bat family, sans Batman, shine.

Great example from Scott's work on Batgirl! Honestly one of my favorite artistic runs on a comic ever. So uniquely stylized and I loved how Scott/Campanella depicted Cass's costume - action, in the shadows, dramatic moments...it was all on point. Congrats!
