Impulse #15 p21 (1996) Anthony Williams / Wayne Faucher

This half splash page features Bart Max with Max Mercury with a middle panel of them using their superspeed.

Story page #21; comic page#29

Page is in excellent condition showing only minor wear associated with handling if any wear at all. There is a small piece of tape in both the top margin and the bottom margin. Corner edges have some extra wear and a couple small flattened bends. Some use of blue pencil was used in the creative process.

Special Interest: The menacing male character in the bottom panel apparently was originally drawn with a weapon in his hand instead of closed fist and has a paste-on with the altered artwork on it.
