Description

Fortunate to win this bad boy at auction some years back. Shows the absolute Master at the height of his considerable powers. You can feel the heat of that sun beating down. This was originally published in Scribner's Magazine Aug-Sept. 1908 on pg. 129. Reprinted in the Fleskes "Painter With a Pen" book this century. Enjoy!
