Description

Once again Michael Finn (#21) offers me another "One Minute Later"-themed commission (my 18th), his last here in my gallery for the immediate future. It is based on the cover to the lone Invaders Annual by Golden-age great Alex Schomburg. This is my 3rd Invaders commission (this one with Namor, Human Torch & Cap) over the new-to-me, inker-killing pencils of Julius M. Gopez. I don't remember how long I was working on this but I do remember it took quite some time to ink in all those crazy details. I'm guessing this was converted to blueline and printed up on 11"x17" Kubert Art 2-ply Strathmore board. It was inked with Kuretake markers and probably more micron markers than I usually need to use. It was completed March 18, 2018.
