Description

In 1990, Toronto's SILVER SNAIL comic-book shop held a very memorable Store Appearance with this titan. It coincided with an Exhibition showing of his artwork and lithographs, at the neighboring 'Del Bello Gallery'. I only expected to get my books signed. But was astonished to see Mr. Giraud patiently do remarque drawings for every person in line that day. And it was a very LONG line of fans!

Thanks, George! Fans began calling him "The Moeb" after his Snail appearance. And he seemed to relish that! LOL
