Description

This is an oldie but goodie Cable Cover by Ed McGuinness Jr. It was the second Cover I bought when I started my Original Comic Art journey and my first piece by Ed McGuinness Jr. I’m a huge fan of Ed McGuinness Jr. and I just love his rendition of Cable especially back in the 90’s. I’m glad I was able to buy this Cover back in 2012, I just wish I had the money to buy much much more, but who doesn’t right? :P

Outstanding McGuinness cover! Of course Cable looks great, but I really love How Zzzax was drawn. He is monstrous! Congrats, Mentee!

That is a really nice cover. As an old school Hulk fan, I especially love the Zzzax appearance. But hey, after 8 years owning this I think you're due to start posting more of those great pieces you've been hiding for that long, David!

Right! Many of us wish we had more mulah and/or more gumption to pick up more back in the day! But as they say...ancient history :) And you go this! Love seeing some of Ed's older stuff when he had that more exaggerated cartoony look. And the inks here are so crisp, too. Great get, Son of David!
