Description

November 1972, Captain America #155, Page #27, Sal Buscema pencils/Frank McLaughlin inks, The Incredible Origin of the other Captain America! The historic storyline, "Captain America--Hero Or Hoax?", written by Steve Englehart.
The 1950's Cap & Bucky captured and tied up Cap, The Falcon, and Sharon and are planning to take his place.
In the 5th panel, the fake Cap says to Steve Rogers, "Now I want YOUR story. How did they pick you to be a Cap?", which means that the fake Cap does not know that Steve Rogers is the real Captain America.
