�� A pencil prelim for the Death of Hawkman #5 cover by Aaron Lopresti. Hawkgirl is on the cover, but not in the story. Aaron goes into depth on the evolution of this cover in this blog post. This piece is one of five prelims offered as one lot on Aaron Con 5 Day 2 YouTube video at the five minute point. Like many artists this year without conventions, Aaron is operating online since C2E2. Usually timed to planned con appearances, I've enjoyed watching his Aaron Lopresti Art Facebook livestream videos or his YouTube channel videos. The videos begin with items for sale and move on to Aaron drawing sketches and commissions while chatting. One of the best deals now is the sketch option with his new hardcover sketchbook RAW IMAGINATION: 20 years of sketches. Fifty dollars for the book, the sketch, and US postage paid. During his Aaron Con events, Aaron offers free shipping. This is also a good time for commissions. Highly recommended.
