Description

Original artwork for a classic interior page from a Star Trek book published in 1979. I believe the artwork is for Pg. 18, and the art looks to have been done on vellum which was originally pasted on to an art board backing paper which measures approximately 7 3/8" by 9 7/8". Most of the glue has dried, so the vellum is now mostly unattached to the backing page, and seems to be held in place by the text pasteup, which says "Captain Kirk's Electrical Essence Will Regenerate My Mortards." You can see the color has yellowed as a result of the glue. A very cool vintage piece, featuring the main character from one of the greatest sci-fi franchises of all-time! Don't miss out on this outstanding piece, which would look fantastic framed and prominently displayed, and would be a great addition to any Trekkie collection, or an amazing gift.
