I was very fortunate to get this piece. Thank you to my friend Spencer. From the first time I saw the promo for the issue, it just blew me away. It just a powerful cover.

The back lighting, coupled with the homage to Amazing #238 cover. What are Fisk and Osborne planning for poor Spidey. We all know he's headed for some new duds.

Great Spidey cover with a nice ASM 238 homage! You can almost hear the fabric of Spidey's maslk tearing as Osborn and Fisk rip it with glee. Congrats on getting yet another great Spider-Man cover!
