DescriptionFantastic page (page 27 of 33) by one of the Italian Disney Masters, Giovan Battista Carpi, from the great early story „Topolino contro Joe Pantera“, featuring Mickey, Goofy and the main antagonist, Joe Pantera...something that would totally not be allowed today is the use of weapons as shown in this page...also an unusual use of pencils/inks & grey watercolor (or something similar) for the backgrounds/shadows...The story published for the first time in Italy in Topolino #203 in 1959... https://inducks.org/story.php?c=I+TL++203-B Social/Sharing |
