Description

I bought this as an unpublished inventory story written by Rich Margopoulos and penciled by George Tuska for DC Comics. The story featured the villains Atomic Skull and Dr. Phosphorus teamed up against Batman and Superman. This page depicts Dr. Phosphorus and the Atomic Skull in the Skull�s lair. It seems like Skull has the upper hand in this villainous partnership, but all is not as it appears.
As for when it was drawn, Tuska drew World�s Finest stories for DC at two times � first around 1978, when he began working on the World�s Greatest Superheroes newspaper strip, and then around 1982, when Tuska left the strip and began doing other comic book work for DC. Either way, it is a cool vintage page.
