Description15" x 10" image area. Ink over graphite on Bristol board. The Brave and the Bold #172 Page 8 FIRESTORM & BATMAN Original Art (Marvel, 1981). Carmen Infantino and Steve Mitchell.When Firestorm starts acting strange, his fellow members of the Justice League become worried and Batman decides to investigate the situation to learn what is wrong with Firestorm, following him to New York City. Aside from the fact I had another page from this story, I just love any vintage OA images of the Batmobile. Here in the first panel, we have a full outside view of the classic jet-powered Batmobile, roaring up a parking garage ramp. The second panel shows another great shot of Batman from behind the wheel with the iconic bubble canopy windshield. Finally, a nice bottom one-third splash panel of Firestorm shooting over the crowd. Batmobile, Bats and firestorm? Hard to go wrong there, and you didn't. This is a cool page and a good find. Congrats!
