Batman always deserves the award, but it looks like Dredd blames the cartoony guy for his loss. Someone is about to get the Mega-City One perp treatment. I love this ad. Great characters, with his Batman front and center, and such a smooth color job. Great find! Big congrats!

Fantastic! It was a great little Con too! It was the first of the 'new' Bristol cons.... and was in the lovely Watershed ( before they moved it to the grim Trainshed next to the Train station in later years. )
I was there with our Judge Dredd fanzine 'Class of 79', and 2000ad hadn't paid for a table, so they did their signings and portfolio reviews with us!
Frank did such an awesome poster for it! Congrats!

When I get unpacked I will dig it out. ( Just moved to France...so my stuff is in storage. ) I do believe I have the programme still! If I can find it I will post it to you!
