Description

Dane Whitman, The Black Knight joins his fellow Avengers in battling some critters. They are jerks to him.

The artwork by Sergio Davila is just incredible. The layouts and detail is without equal in modern comic art. There's a confidence in his lines that comes through that often doesn't in artwork that is this detailed.
I don't know how well it shows up in the scans but the bridle on the horse is intricate in design and the crest on the bit is impressive to behold. Nothing is overlooked in his art.
And horses are freaking hard to draw.

Impressively done. Would have looked great published just from pencils. It looks better without the color.
