One of the coolest TMNT animation cels in my collection, on account of the fact that it's multi-layered!

From the third season Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Fred Wolf Films) episode "The Fifth Turtle," here's the moment that Pre-Pubescent Turtle-Fan Zach shows his heroes Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo what he can make a Turtle-com do. The Turtles are not impressed.

These are two painted acetate cels without background. Unlike the cels sold under the "Animation Art" label, this is an instance of a TMNT cel in a more "raw" state. As a special bonus, these cels came with an original line-drawing of the three Turtles (slightly different frame than the Turtles on the cel layer). All the layers were stuck to each other, and unfortunately they retain some residue after being separated.

Also attached is a screencap from the digital VUDU copy, showing the cels in their approximate final form at around the 12 minute, 32-33 second marks.
