X-Men Annual #5 p31 (1981) Color Guide Glynis Oliver / Brent Anderson / Bob McCleod / Chris Claremont

Loved this annual when it came out! The X-Men team-up with the Fantastic Four battling the Badoon to save the Kingdom of Akron... it doesn't get better than this for a 'done in one'.

This page features Nightcrawler in battle action using his powers complete with "BAMF" effect.

Naturally as a color guide the only 'original art' here is the coloring by Glynis Oliver and I have to say if you take a look at her work it is more detailed, complete and nuisanced than many other guides. Her use of shading even within the same colors is impressive.
