Description22 x 30Good for Health - Bad for Education: A Tribute to Otomo April 8 - May 8, 2021 Philippe Labaune Gallery Not much needs to be said here. Philippe Labaune Gallery had a tribute to Otomo exhibition featuring some of the great artists across the globe. This piece is Ian's contribution and, to my eye, stood out considerably. Work after work, year after year, Ian continues to impress and is my favorite of the multitude of immensely talented modern artists we have the joy of experiencing today. Very thankful I was quick enough to acquire this piece and I hope to see galleries such as Philippe's continue to give more exposure to comic art and the tremendous talent out there today. Extraordinary piece. One of the best I've seen from Ian. Congrats on the pick-up. Extra cool that it was exhibited.

I keep zooming in to look at all the detail. It's so insanely great. Can't think of a better collection for this one to be in. Huge congrats, Jason!

JASON!!!!! Love this piece and so glad you were the one to pick it up! Ian's most recent work has been making it clear he stands far above most modern artist!

Definitely captures Tetsuo's madness - wow. So much detailed goodness. Powerful piece to say the least. Congrats!

I believe it is time for you to change the description on your gallery of trying to build a well rounded collection, it should start with "I achieved to build a well rounded collection..." :)

Wow! A fitting tribute done in a style that is both distinctive and respectful of the original source material.

The way he adds the cosmic horror element to Otomo's vision is most satisfying.
