What can I say? I'm a sucker for a JJJ page. Especially one this animated. You can hear the screaming in those panels.

Stuart Immonen is one of the best artists working today, and I'm happy to have another example of his work in the collection.

PARKERRR! I don't think word balloons are needed. Immonen does an incredible page informing us of imminent intensity in this interchange of ideas.

Superb Jonah page, Mike - congrats! Seeing JJJ in his home environment (rather than at the Bugle) is a real treat, and a fun glimpse into what that reality is like; that gorgeous second panel (with the mountain of unwashed dishes) is GREAT, and by the time I got to panel 4 (with the single-leaf plant trying gamely to survive in the loving environment that is the Jameson household) I laughed out loud. Beautiful, confident fine linework throughout - this artistic team is my very favorite - underscores the _truth_ of the characters here: you can imagine the Jonah panels would be absolutely the same if he were, say, ordering a pizza rather than calling Peter ("...and don't skimp on the anchovies this time!"). Awesome page, Mike! Congrats again!
