Description

Wilson McCoy The Phantom Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 11-10-59 (King Features Syndicate, 1959). The belief of the Witchmen and Oogooru is causing patients to make some irrational choices. This sequence from McCoy's "The Flying Horse" story-arc which ran from 10-5 to 1-16-1960, was created in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of approximately 20.5" x 5.75". Toning, white-out correction/clean-up, editorial notes/marks, fold crease in the middle of strip, staining, smudging, and handling wear. In Very Good condition.
