Don't need to see what's on the page to know it's significance. Often reprinted, it is part legend and lore of the industry and fandom!

With the amount of linework on this page, it would be easy for it all to be overwhelming and busy. But everything reads really well and we get glimpses into the danger both teams are facing. What a wonderful piece of history! Huge congrats!

The third panel with the island's brain is a visual I remember as vividly as the first day I read this landmark book.

Awesome piece of history (and art). It doesn't feature the new/old X-Men as much as other pages, but the linework on Krakoa is just amazing. Congrats!

Earlier in the book when they introduced Nightcrawler, Len and Dave drew upon the old Universal Monster movies for inspiration. With Krakoa, they got to channel those great "atomic age" giant monster flicks, albeit with Dave's design sense. Love the way Dave drew those giant viscous eyes.

Absolutely EPIC, Xatari! There's not a person on this site who does not 1) know 2) love and/or 3) covet this new treasure of yours. Even the historic pieces on display on CAF look at this piece and go, "Dang, that's cool...". One of those "I can't believe this thing actually exists" pieces, and it is all yours.
