Arkon and Storm share a passionate kiss in this fantastic hand-painted original production cel setup from the acclaimed X-Men The Animated Series.

Storm, Arkon, Wolverine, Jubilee, Beast and Cyclops Production Cel Setup. The cels feature a painted image area of 8.5" x 5.75" on the 12 field setup. Displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes.

XTAS was definitely a favorite growing up, and I had a Storm crush for sure back when the cartoon was airing. Happy to add this to the tiny (yet currently growing) animation collection I am building.

The warm colors really emphasize the loving feel of the kiss. Just like she has to announce her power of "Wind!" before conjuring a tornado (so kids didn't think random tornadoes are a thing on the show), I wonder if she had to announce "Kiss!" every time before smooching or introducing Gene Simmons.
