DescriptionBuscema is a true Master and Klein is my 2nd favorite inker over "Big John" (1st run Palmer being my fav.). The '50's' issues of the Avengers were so exciting with what Roy Thomas and Buscema were doing. I didn't buy them as a 5 year old, but I did eagerly collect them as a teen as stuff was happening in those issues! Ultron, Vision, Hank's emotional instability, coming on the scene was Dane and T'ch... well you get the point. Shocked that I actually got a good deal on this page via eBay. I thought those days were behind us. Enjoy- I know I will!Social/Sharing |

Ooh, I'm jealous - BP, Klaw, a page that basically has 3 splashes...this one's got it all, as they say! Congrats, Kirk!

Oh yeah the Klein inks are beautiful for sure and vastly improved Big Johns work during this first year or so. Awesome page for sure! I saw this one too...glad you got it!

Great pick-up! Klein is really an underrated inker--I love the texture he brought to Big John's gorgeous Avengers art from this period. Congrats!

Congrulations, Kirk - the tenacity of endlessly scouring eBay will eventually pay off. The inks really bring out the depth of JB's pencils, and there is so much drama and excitement in this page. Great page!

Love the design of this page and fantastic variety of images! Klein's inks on Big John's pencils are always great, but this is SO, SO GOOD!!!
