Description

Watercolor and acrylic on paper. Image size is 10.5� x 16.5�.

This was an illustration in the book "Astromythos Book 1", written by the artist and published in 2020.

The illustrations Jon has created are amazingly intricate, often using gold leaf, raised textures and even tiny pieces of meteorites. Some pages incorporate lettering like an illuminated manuscript.

This image depicts the first meeting of Ealos and Raphtra when they are young and fall in love.
