Those are some incredible panels of great visuals of intense emotional impact! Hardware is a powerhouse and Ramos brings that starmaking style of his to this page. It looks like that it covers up some art underneath, but these iconic images over them would make this the right choice.

The art underneath appears to be the same images as in the panels, but reduced in size. I've seen that on a couple of DC pages from that time period, late '90s to early 2000s. Frankly, I'd've been fine with the art bleeding over the borders.
