Bob Brown's art gives us plenty to admire in a page full of action and peril! Batman in grounded crime level action against adversaries afflicted by uncontrollable compulsion! It speaks to how many of his villains wind up in Arkham with minds damaged by trauma much like the young Bruce Wayne.

Batman in almost every panel with some good action sequence is a winner in my book!

Bob Brown is really under appreciated for his Batman work in this period.
