DescriptionOne of my acquisitions from Comic Art Live a couple weeks back! For awhile now, I'd been hoping to stumble across a Green Lantern: New Guardians cover,so you can imagine my delight when I'd found this piece, as it had been largely overlooked! I remember when the series came out, and while I'd read Green Lantern-based comics before, this was the first time I'd actually started a GL series from the day it was released! Kyle Rayner had always intrigued me, but I didn't really appreciate him until I gave this series a shot (I hadn't read most of his '90s adventures yet). Tyler Kirkham's art is another thing I feel like pointing out, as this was the era, relatively on in his career in working for someone like DC, where his art was truly in top form; I loved his Green Lantern: New Guardians covers!Social/Sharing |

With Batt inking, seriously sharp inks where being applied to bring out the most energetic effect you can get.

Batt crushed the inks here and the cover is strong to begin with = terrific piece of art. Congrats - thanks for sharing!
