From 1995's Wildstorm Swimsuit #2, this is Nautika & Sunburst of Stormwatch Prime at Myrtle Beach, SC by JJ Kirby and Richard Friend! Classic 90's art for books that spoke to the attitude and audience of that era. It was swimsuit issues like these that blew the doors off what comic books could now become.
