Most of the time it's just the cover scene of the book. But being a one of a few stories in the anthology book, it's an extra cool honor. Being an inventory story by Craig, the cover artists saw this page and knew to choose it. I think it is even cooler to have that diagonal stripe with the character heads that look like they've been chopped off.
