DescriptionThis is page 43 of the issue, from the final story, "Mister Nice Guy." I bought this page as "attributed to" Bill Vigoda, and I don't know enough about Archie artist styles to have an opinion if the attribution is correct. Anyone? To me it's classic, clean & elegant Archie style, and I like the story-telling: the "deep focus" gracefully using fg and bg in panels 1 & 4, for instance, but the real star is Veronica -- her face more rounded than the version I remember from the late 60s, and that wonderful, impossible-waisted dress. Her changing facial expressions really tell the story though!Social/Sharing |

Veronica is definitely more rounded in this piece. Vigoda's art is more lively than a live fish.
