So cool. The costumes steal the strip for me -- those hourglass figures, ostrich feather hats and bathing costumes!
Sweet page from my favorite silly era of comics, silver age DC. And some say Krypto is just a fad!
Beautiful page by the master. Great characters, fantastic ink-wash work... nice!
I haven't posted the Junior Genius page yet... I'm catching up with 20-plus years of collecting.

Taking care of them for posterity. I actually have a Junior Genius page too!
I completely agree. To me, Kupperman is the funniest cartoonist EVER!
Thanks!! I bought them from Jaime in 2003, actually. Just posting things now.
Beautiful! One of the nicest pages I've seen from this series (the nicest, if I'm honest), almost entirely wordless and so "cinematic"!
Thanks!! And what a great collection you have!
Great page from a great book - indie comics history comes to life! Chester Brown drinking thru a straw is a great panel.
Beautiful page... I love Matt Kindt's style, and the watercolors are really special!
Good point -- better than faded markers. I must learn to love the greenish patina...
Nothing lik the spontaneous expressiveness of a pencil sketch.
Nice page, love the uses of black. Don't hear much about Jack Abel, but he had a nice style.
So great, thanks for sharing!
Crazy fun page, so much energy!
Yes, amazing early Gulacy -- he was very influenced by Steranko, I think, but his work is unmistakeable. He always retained his great skills, but the enthusiasm for experimentation he showed in his early work -- like this one -- is really special.
Those eyes!! I love how he uses the vertical panels and the changing sizes of the faces in them to dramatize a dialogue scene. Sweet page!
Beautiful page!
Wow... that's the only use of a full bleed that I've seen in American comic art pre-1970s!
Great dynamic page. Aparo had such a fluid and naturalistic style - he was one of the pros who made the Silver & Bronze what it was!
Sweet cover from one of the most adorable and original series of the era! Great to have all that production art to go with it too!
Beautiful noir-ish image, from a great series with very striking covers. Nice!
I took a closer look and you are absolutely right! Interesting medium, that.
Cool page with the art-within-the-art! I've always wanted to read this book...
