Description

The first piece in my collection, this was a birthday present from my wife. I'd mentioned a curiosity about original art in passing a few times, but was shocked when she revealed what she'd got for me. I immediately knew this was everything I ever wanted--and that I needed more!

In addition to standing out in my mind as one of the best presents I've ever received, I have some nostalgic appreciation for this page because it was the first time I took notice of Garron's work, and he's since become one of my favorite artists. I think this page has got some of that crisp detail he's so great with. And I love that it's got a sniveling, diminished Rhino--especially since Garron has since put his stamp on Rhino in a very different way during his Miles Morales run.
