Description

Oh man, this is my second page from this amazing issue set during Crisis on Earth-D. I think this is my favorite Crisis tie-in of all time. We watch the Anti-Monitor wave affect an Earth where our favorite superheroes look reflect the diversity all around us.

In this page, E-1 Superman and Supergirl do their best to keep the population safe as Wonder Woman makes the ultimate sacrifice to save a child. The structure of the last few panels is similar to the opening of the Crisis when Earth-3 villains were absorbed by the anti-matter wave.

I know this book was just a one-shot but it's too bad DC has never taken the opportunity to embrace this world more as they've opened up the multiverse again.

Ryan and McLeod really nailed this book. They brought a simpler vibe to the heroes which contrasted nicely with their E-1 counterparts (Marv played this angle up in the script too).

Bought this from Kat Taca during the Amateur Dueling Dealers episode with Sharon Snyder. If you ever have the chance, buy something from Kat. She is a dream to deal with. Also, if you're already watching Dueling Dealers on the Comic Art Live YouTube channel, get on that.

A Crisis death page of The Wonder Woman of their Earth! Full on desperation play by the heroes as the end is near with the art that is fully compelling!

Ryan's art was trully suited to Sup', continuing that classic art trend, especially with McLeod inking him.
