This piece is even more dynamic in person - the expressive inks and moody washes give you enough to look at for days. Also, l love that there’s some action, hand-drawn sound effects, and great shots of Deadpool. Last but not least, Nic and Skottie totally nailed the crime-noir vibes on this issue. This wash painted page shows us how the final published special effect is achieved. It lets us appreciate the stage when it was handed off to the colorist.

Gorgeous Nic Klein Deadpool page! Nic's ink washes are spectacular to look at--No one does it better than Nic! Great pick-up!
